Refund Policy

 

The deposits are always 100% non-refundable. This covers our costs of onboarding and administration and holds your place at camp. The deposit covers the purchase of software licenses that are not returnable. The camper will own this software for the duration of the license

 

We want your experience at OLN Camp to be amazing. If you leave camp for any reason within the first 10 days of camp, we will issue you a full refund, minus the down payment.

 

If, after you spend 10 days at camp, you find out that it's not for you, we want to give back the portion that you didn't use, so we will prorate the remaining days and refund the proportional amount of the tuition minus the down payment.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of approval. If financing with a Finacing Partner, we will abide by the refund policies of that lender when issuing the refund.
